FAQ

Can I make a shirt with a design and sell the shirt?

Absolutely! Feel free to use our designs to create amazing projects for resell.

What is screen print?

Our screen printed transfers are made from Plastisol ink which actually melts into the material and binds with it. Most transfers have a white backing that allows them to be used on dark colors.

Can I use a household iron?

No. Screen printed transfers require constant heat and pressure so a heat press is required.

Can I wash my shirt regularly after I apply a transfer?

Absolutely! Launder as normal, being careful not to over dry.

Will the colors of the transfer bleed?

Nope! They will not bleed into any other part of the design or shirt.

What temperature do I use? How long do I press for?

Specific instructions are listed on each design. Print them off, screen shot them or check back anytime for reference.

Are printed instructions included with my order?

We do not include instructions with the order however, they are listed on each design. Feel free to print them off, screen shot them or check back anytime for reference.

How long does shipping take?

We generally ship every order in 24 business hours. The shipping method is determined by weight so any orders weighing less than 1 lb. will automatically ship first class. Orders over 1 lb. will ship priority mail.

Can I add a "rush option" to my order?

We aren't able to offer that option since all orders ship as quickly as possible, generally within 24 business hours. If you are wanting priority mail for light weight orders, please reach out to us and we will help the best we can.

How are the transfers shipped?

We carefully package every order in a sealed plastic bag, then inside a rigid cardboard box. All transfers are shipped flat.

My packages shows delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

Once the postal service scans a package as delivered, they will no longer give us information on that package. Often a carrier will leave a package in an alternate location or with a neighbor. We encourage you to check with neighbors and your local post office. They have GPS capabilities to confirm the location the package was left.
